Damn, I just love it. I put all of my GW stuff up there in about 1996/7. Started playing GW again about 2 years ago. Every so often I go up there and see what I can find...

Went up there looking for my first edition Space Hulk (which I found) plus Genestealer and Deathwing (which I didn't).

Had a bit of a root around up there too, and came back down the ladder with:

12 Chaos Champions that I don't even remember owning.
4 Chaos Warriors that I also don't remember owning.
My second edition Orcland Raiders Blood Bowl team, with extra Blockers, Snotlings and Chainsaw wielding Orc.
4 Goblin Wolf chariots (circa 1990)
2 Goblin Trebuchets, including crew.
6 Ork metal Cyboars
3 Painboyz (circa 1992)
3 Mekboyz
3 Runtherdz
2 Weirdboyz
1 Warboss
5 Nobz in the old style Heavy Armour (circa 1989)
A collection of squigs and grotz.
1 old-style Space Ork Battlewagon (I already found two up there. Who knew I owned a third one?!)
My Goffik Rok Band
The rest of my RTB Space Orks. (Now have over a full boxed set. Mostly assembled, but very complete.)
My Necromunda Gang, including 2 RTB Imperial Guard.
5 Epic Warlord Titans, 2 Reavers and my 2nd Warhound Titan. (I also found more Epic than I can believe up there. Damn I had a lot!) No real reason to bring down those titans, except I want to strip them and repaint them. I had so much fun painting them the first time (and second time and third time) that I wanted to have that fn all over again and also do a better job.

Must be close to £100 of models, and I did not even have to go on EBay!

I love the fact I never throw anything away.

Anybody want to make an offer on a huge shoebox full of M:tG cards from around 1993-1996?

Alas a lot of stuff that I packed away "disappeared" from my parents house. Good find for you though!

Awesome find Fifty, theres nothing like having a good root around in the loft/garage/mancave to turn up long forgotten cool miniatures. Post some pics if you have the time, I'm a huge fan of the older Ork stuff.

LOL, I already took such photos, then decided no-one would be interested in seeing them!

Here you go!

Hey sorry, may have given the impression to some folks I am looking to sell or trade these models. Right now I am not, though I may look to at some point.

But he is looking for some painting lessons...

Sorry - couln't help myself. Seriously though, don't sell them, it's not likely that you'll get any more than the equivalent models would cost now and one day you'll wish you hadn't.

Hey!

To be fair, not one of them has had a touch of paint on them since 1993.

I don't think I would sell them - I might swap some of them for equivalent value models from the same era, but not sell them. Still trying to decide.

Nice find. Those models definately are before my 'wargaimg' time....I dont recognize any of them....the game has certainly came a long way

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!
