Do minor chaos gods have there own daemons, cultist, chaos space marines because I want to make my own minor chaos god?

This kind of touches on the same subject as what I just posted about. But yes they do, or they can. If a minor god has developed enough power not to be snuffed out by the others then chances are he has his own realm and his own servants and probably worshipers.

I created a chaos god awhile back that was the god of beasts. He represented the savage, bestial, wild instinct inside of every creature and those who gave into him would mutate into monsterous beasts. His daemons where daemonic beasts and such.

Anyway yes they do, go for it.

If it leads to awesome conversions to drool over then I say hells yes!. You could always say its an aspect of one of the big chaos gods anyway.

What do you guys think of this name for my god "God Of Age."

I also want to add that he makes his worshippers armor rust to make them stronger.

That would be good as well...
or
for a change his followers do not experience the effects of his/her area of power (time) so everything they have is all new and shiny despite them being ancient

The clock daemons could be old and rusty from having to count time and the previously mortal followers of Father Time could be immune to it's effects.

Cool but what will a clock daemon even look like?

A clock for a body with arms coming out of the side (holding weapons obv.) and legs coming out of the bottom.
Different styles of clocks to show that it is still chaos ofc.

I think the point is to have him get stronger the more time passes but the more time that passes the more of his strength he has to put into keeping the materium timeline in whack.

The 3rd edition codex mentions gods of disorder that give chaos it's "spikes". I can assume these gods encourage you to damage things in every aspect of life or something.


There's a bunch. Don't make your own. That'd be pretty homosex.

Although, I was thinking of a chaos God of revenge....Which would make sense, actually. Easy to feed off of.

I think the god needs a actual name. He could be the god of time but he needs an actual name. As far as being close to nurgle have it so he's the opposite, he grants his followers immortality so they don't age or decay.

And the whole daemon clock sounds like cogsworth possesed. I would just have differant daemons that have differant effects on time, their appearance is up to you though. For instance you could use the daemons of the existing 4 gods but represent them with your own models. Daemonettes could be represented by daemons that move faster through time hence their speed, Plague Bearers could be represented with daemons that speed up time around them making everything decay, rot and rust etc etc.

With creating new gods you have to be careful that they are not just aspects of the 4 chaos gods, the clock work god would be quiet cool, a chaos god that whats a perfectly organised universe (maybe spawned by the mental will of human worlds controlled by a computer hive mind, a giant babbage engine like construct).

Nope, he was retconned. most of the other stuff that has been mentioned falls under the umbrella of the big four, for example, aging and revenge have been mentioned, aging=decay=nurgle, revenge=anger=khorne. There used to be other minor gods mentioned here and there but eventually GW realized that most of them governed areas that the major gods already covered and they were scrapped.

Just because berserkers are savage dosen't mean Khorne is the god of savages. Primal instinct and rage/the urge to spill blood aren't the same. It's like having the instinct to kill for food versus killing just for the pleasure of it.

And at the same time the other chaos marines can be savage, Plague marines throw heads as grenades. That's not exactly civilised Noise Marines probably do all kinds of savage acts in the pursuit of pleasure. The same can be said for those who follow Tzeentch and perform savage acts as apart of their rituals

Just like how Nurgle holds sway over the decay that is caused by time but not the passing of time itself. Just because a god has controle over a certain theme if you will does not mean that everything connected to it falls under their domain. And all of chaos is intertwined, for instance a Khorne Berserker whith a mutated arm that resembles a living toothed axe cuts the head off of a Black Templar champion.

He feels the rush of adrenaline and the heat of the blood he has spilled in Khornes name, but at the same time he feels the pleasure and euphoria of having the power over life, that's Slaaneshs area. Then he moves on to find more to kill, eventually the body starts to decay which is the power of Nurgle. And as the life left the champions body Tzeentch smiles because with that one act the universe is changing. That means that the God of Time can exist without stepping on anyones domain but will still somehow be apart of it

Every part of chaos has something to do with another in some way. Anyway if anyone wants to know what I did for the Beast God I'll make a seperate thread for it. Back to the God of Time

What emotions is the god of time borne from, I think it would be greed or fear. Everyone fears the future and getting old. People also want to keep their posessions from getting old as well, or seek to posess something that is old.
