Hey there, My skaven force (currently 1000pts) has a chieftan with BSB and halberd (in a unit of 20 clanrats with spears). The problem is I am having trouble thinking of a nice way to do it. I have the IoB warlord, and I like the samurai-style banner on the back, however, I'm doing a clan skryre force, and would like to theme it a bit better.

The best idea I have is to combine the banner and halberd into a single weapon, like a sharp blade with the banner streaming behind.

So dakkaites, I put it to you, help me with some inspiration!

Here's what I did:

It's a IOB warlord with a head and weapon swap with bits from the stormvermin kit. The banner is made from a right-handed halberd and the standard from the same kit pinned together.
