The new plastic set for mantics dwarves has its pics now, the shield breakers. They pretty much look like /are their Ironclad except they have 2 handed hammers instead of shields

The Dwarf Shieldbreakers are the hammer to the Ironclads anvil. They are tough, resilient and well-armoured, armed with great hammers designed to smash aside all opposition. Shieldbreakers are led into battle by grizzled Champions wearing the winged helmets of Dwarven warriors from an age long forgotten, their unit's battle standard held aloft proudly in the front rank.

The Dwarf Shieldbreaker Regiment contains 20 plastic Dwarf Shieldbreakers armed with great weapons, including a command group and 2 Mantic Points.

These along with the skele archers and liche are shipping on the 26th of November but the shield breakers will also be inclused in their dwarf army set that releases on the 15th

They look less robotic than previous Mantic Dwarves.

I like them.

maybe it's just the red and black paint, but I think they would be good for Chaos Dwarfs

Oh dear, these Mantic dwarves and the AoW plastic berserkers are making me really want to start a dwarf army...

Dwarves - with knees!

They're still looking a bit square-jawed, but I think it's a fitting look for a bunch of dwarves, and I think Mantic's plastic lineup looks very cohesive and nicely plain together.

The supply does not get to make the demands.

Mantic stuff looks great.. GW stuff is 3x the cost and not 3x as good

Any person with limited amount of money and who actually wants to play dwarves should buy the box sets.. 75$ for 75 models and 2 warmachines? Thats amazing

Like all plastic Mantic dwarves, they look like gak. But still, they look better then the last ones they had out.

They'd also fit in with Chaos Dwarves.

You think so?

I think they look great. Obviously I'm not critical enough.

What about them is gak?

They look kinda squished and blocky imo. And a lot more bulkier than gw's counterparts

But I dont mind as long as the price is right

^In a nutshell^

I still stand by the LOTR Dwarves as the top Dwarf plastic kits.

Some people like their dwarves all chunky and beardy.

These are caricatures of dwarves in my humble and honest opinion. The Mantic berserkers in comparison are ace though.
