Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!
1. Sand and a bit of gravel
2. paint dark grey
3. paint light grey
4. mix P.V.A with white and add to base
5. snow flock on base
result: cool snowy base.
Maybe a bit unclear but you can work it out... right?
