How would I best go around doing this for these three?

The only Slaanesh enough idea I came up with would be gs'ing extra sets nipples on the middle one, and painting tat's one their arms.
I will be adding weapons to the outstretched hand as well.

just follow the simple HWWBs theory: horns, wings, whips and more boobs. you can always add a/more of at least one to make a modle (more) slaaneshy thats my logic anyway

But Chibi dolls? I'd say just lightly make their skin pale, maybe fix their hair with some light paint coats, and melt them.

She has the mini DA set wings (for a helmet) on her shoulder blades, (essentially tiny wings) A SM pad on the right shoulder, she will be holding a bolter, and I will be adding in a tail, and two horns

I think the one on the right side would make good use of an IG Commissar-hat... Her pose makes her look kinda bossy to me!

Then add hornz, tailz and boobz and wolah!

And for all intents and purposes, she has been modeled to be at the age of 18.

If its Slaanesh, take... CLAWS! I also reccommend melting, just cause. Look at the Keeper of Secrets model for more ideas.

Not bad, I personally think you went a little minimalist on the idea, I would have suggested hitting them with some primer and doing the whole model.

Pallid flesh over a light purple should work for the skin.
