Here's everything I've done so far except one Marine and a biker that I forgot to get into the frame:

Terminators:

Tactical squad (now with better lighting):

My client told me he specifically wanted the Librarian to be in his regular Marine colors, rather than Librarian colors. To offset this, I made sure his sword was distinctive and somewhat mystical looking with a nice green blend:

And his hair, which came out great if you ask me:

The army still has Lysander, a Chaplain, dreadnought, 10 scouts, 4 bikers, and a vindicator to go. In other words, I should get cracking!

EDIT:
Here's the biker anyway:

Nice work, the yellow looks good!
But just one comment: imo you used a little too much wash/ink because on some plain parts one can see drop formation...

The bases are from Back 2 Base-ix or however they like to spell it. They're just black primer, Adeptus Battlegrey, and a Fortress Grey drybrush. Really simple, and they look pretty good!

My client asked for closeups of the bare headed models, so I figured I'd post them here too! I've noticed a blemish or two in these pictures, and don't worry I've already fixed them. Anyway, here we go:
