...what would you do?
Keep in mind, you have the ability to completely assume dictatorial powers over anything you like and that you have the impunity to impose your will as you like as well.
Under those parameters, what would you do with the region (heck, make it a thing or idea if you want!) and why?
For me, I would take over George Lucas, and using him as a meat bag, issue sweeping changes to the Star Wars universe, first by starting the next trilogy, hiring a council of intelligent Star Wars writers to fill out the remainder of the universe, and retire to obscurity somewhere at the bottom of an ocean.

If I took over the universe - I'd make it so that everything could do whatever it wanted without being able to harm others (unless they wanted to be harmed).
If someone/thing had a desire, they could instantly be matched with someone with the same desire (if they so wished anyway  ).
