Firstly, this army is'nt supposed to be competitive- it's supposed to be fun and fluffy for my raven guard.
Captain- PF, plasma pistol, artificier armour, jump pack- 180

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

Coz- he has a bolt pistol in his pocket. Have you never seen a model do that? e.g: a SM assault squad sarge w/ SS/ PF pull out a holstered BP?

No, you have to trade your bp and your chain sword to get two powerfists
Unless the vanilla SM codex has some weird rules.

It was my understanding that captains can have a BP, even when he's traded. I got told that by my LGS manager a while back. 
Maybe he was wrong

I would love to play that list....gear up for a 5000 point game, with 100s of models, (or 44 tanks ) and then you put down 18/19 Independant characters (all as one unit would be even better)
