Guys quick question does anyone know for 100% certain if the Space Marine Tactical Squad box contains a melta gun? I can't remember and every bits site I can find is out of stock

No it doesn't.
It has a flamer and a missile launcher.(And obviously all the other weapons like bolters, chainsword etc)

I thought it comes with a plasma and melta as well as those mentioned above (though I may be wrong, last time I built one was a fairly long time ago).

You might be right actually...
It says on the GW website the box has enough options for 'a range of special weapons'
Though the last time i put one together it only had a flamer and missile launcher.
