The rulebook says I can only have 12 d6 power dices.
What if I have "Master of the Black Arts" vampiric power for each of my vampire?
This gives everyone +2 Power Dice......

You can still only have 12 dice avaialble to you in the power pool at any one time.

Only way to avoid it is take loremaster (death) and then do lots of wounds and get lots more dice. But you can still only ever have 12 dice at once... any excess are lost.

There are other ways around it too, DE power of darkness and sacrificial dagger as well as slaan focused rumination generate dice after the start of the magic phase.

I think Malleus is talking about VC only, I think he's aware of the other possibilities.

Hmmm....
Taking this Vampire Power 3 times still gives me a sure 8 D6 of power dice....

So most of the time I probably end up with 12 D6, wich is good for Vampire Counts Hordes based theme....

And you get the added benefit of having those power dice even if you crap the roll. In fact, low rolls help you get spells off by limiting the amount of dispel dice the other guy has.
