It seems to me the 59 Marauders is a huge gamble. I think you're better off splitting them in to two groups, maybe 35 and 24 or something. Same with the warriors - maybe two groups of 16 and 18. More groups would be better for meta, whereas the two big groups will only work against certain builds.
I believe that taking book of secrets on your sorcerer lord is a really bad idea. Besides the terrible miscast roll (D6 + 1 gives you a really good chance of getting the < 4 result that can kill your caster) I believe he doesn't get to know his other spells? It's in the FAQ...
Third eye of tzeentch on the smaller caster- can you steal incantations? I thought you could only steal "spells" (which are different).
I think you need more units! Only 2 blocks is putting a lot of your eggs in one basket... if either one gets flank-charged by a large enough unit and disrupted / run-down (a possibility with all the movement incantations, despite careful deployment), it'll be basically game over.
Don't put the Book of Secrets on your sorc lord. You'll have a very expensive lvl1 caster.

Page 115 – Book of Secrets, second paragraph Change to “Treat the bearer as a Level 1 Wizard, who may use the Lore of Fire, Lore of Shadow or Lore of Death. He may not attempt to channel. If he ever casts a spell with irresistible force he must roll D6+1 rather than 2D6 on the Miscast table.”
Also I'm pretty sure incantations are not spells as RiTides has said.

And even if you could steal the incantations (you can't), all but the magic missile specify that they only affect undead units IIRC. Your list also has some rather bad choices happening: book on the sorcerer lord, a magic banner on a BSB instead of his unit which has no banner, really too large units, even by 8th edition standards. Remember, TK kinda suck, and if you expect Khalida and her 100 poisoned archers, then take more warriors over more marauders

Here's how I would take roughly your list and build it towards reducing TK to bone dust. Note that I actually think the hellcannon is a liability, as it gives his chuckers something to insta-kill, but then it's pretty good at killing them too so meh.
