Also has a 5++ ad if he is destroyed he everyone else in the army become fearless and he counts as D3 killpoints (Extra) if he dies and here isn't a SW model in contact with him at the end of the game.

I enjoy Lysander, because 2+/3++, eternal warrior, and an s10 thunderhammer that adds +1 to the vehicle damage chart is freaken awesome in almost all respects.

If I was talking about my fav HQ from a different army to mine then I would go for Marneus Calgar.
One time when I was playing against my mate with his army I used Marneus Calgar and he totally pwned!

I second lysander, eternal warrior, 2+ AS 3+IS 4 wounds makes him a hard nut to crack.

I am on the Herald of Tzeentch with bolt / chariot / MoS.
Not quite as fluffy choice, but he gets the job done at 100 points.
If you want a non-combat focused and just "favorite" HQ, I will go with Vulkan he'stan.
