How do you create an army profile?

it's probably a better idea to wait a few days for someone to respond to your original thread and then bump it instead of starting a new one asking the same thing as that could easily be considered spamming by a mod and get you a warning. to answer your question, click on the army profiles table at the top of the forum (inbetween articles and store finder) and read the description (they're there for a reason). to add a profile, you have to add an article with the army profile template. i *highly* suggest you read the article and image tutorials before doing it and use the test article function to play around before submitting an actual article as they will greatly improve the quality of submitted articles.

something a bit easier (since you're new and it'll help you wet your feet) is to upload a few pics to the dakka gallery and make a painting and modelling forum thread showcasing your army first. it'll get you some feedback hopefully on the pics and get you used to adding longer posts as well as some of the move advanced functions you need for an article (like correctly posting and linking pics). i hope that helps!
