First of all hi everybody, I am relatively new to W40k and I got a some questions.

1. Do Chaos gods have a material form and if yes is are they mortal (can get killed)?

2. As far as I know Chaos gods were born out of emotions, right?. So are there any gods made of like boredom,laziness and confusion?

3. How do CSM resupply I mean getting new weapons, ammo, vehicles and marines?

2. All of them are bored, lazy and a bunch of confused self proclaimed 'gods'

3. Steal weapons, vehicles , ammo ( or trade with dark mech for it ). Usually Offer cookies to recrut ( it's a trap, beware ).

Just to add.
1.There are implications that Star Child will assra** them,unfortunately that thing probably isn't canon,but it's hinted in Xenology to be canon.

2.Chaos gods represent all aspect of human psyche which is often taken to extreme.

3.Beside that as pointed they trade with Dark Mechanicus who have Forge Worlds in Eye of Terror which produce equipment.

Thanks for the answers but under the 3rd question for the marines I meant do they make there marines like the imperium or are theirs turncoats.

They either retrieve geneseed from fallen Marines or they steal from loyalists as we see in Storm of Iron novel.

In answer and addition (my take)

1. No, no material forms... but it is possible to rob them of their power (if we were all dead) or for a psychic entity to kill them, though you'd have to pass through their palaces ala dantes inferno

2. Any incredibly dangerous emotion, or seven deadly sins- the four represents multiple of these.

3. Stealing! "Oy, that's not fair!" "Meh, Pirate!" And by luring unsuspecting children into their vans... er... ships... with candy and false promises. DEATH TOTHE FALSE GODS! And then, all the little cultists grow up to say "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"

In answer to 3) I seem to remember in one of the Ultramarines novels a traitor legion (Iron Warriors?) can make ready to go, boil-in-the-bag new chaos marines from unlucky prisoners, some geneseed and a 'daemonculaba' (Womb of a female altered prisoner.)

Yes,you are correct,but I can't recall the name of the novel.

Yes but only the Iron Warriors can produce new marines. The novel is "Dead sky, Black sun."
