My understanding is that these chapters are "crusaders"
I want to run a BFG/Epic/40k linked campaign, and wondered if anyone could suggest what sort of ships these chapters would use, and what size their fleets would be...or is the consensus they would have a single ship (like a battlebarge)??
Any help is appreciated...

Grey Knights have their own fleet, but they're generally a force that performs surgical strikes against Demon forces.
They use standard Marine ships.

The BT have more initiates than any other loyalist chapter (5-6 thousand) and are completely fleet based, so I would assume they would have a great many ships of all sizes.

They aren't fleet based but they do have a massive fleet presence.

grey knights aren't crusaders as they have a home world, they have a large collection of secret bases across the IoM, with ships as well.
