might i appologise guys, as i planned on an update yesterday (even though i said day before) but my main camera is MISSING!!! so im going to borrow a different one so that i am not leading you all on...

good luck in your search...... we recently lost the plug of our bathtube...no that is not funny... so i had to buy a new seperate one...we have that concealed system...so it wasn´t so easy to replace it...ok...not wanting to derail here further^^

well it is an old one...but it has the sinkplug and the tube all built in...so it is a pain to remove some plumbing there...

rpg book?

i did infact stat playing the rp today and it was soo fun! but on to the really really bad news... for the rp i made and painted (in my oppinion) my best model ever by far, but the other camera i have cant take macro pics.... so honestly im really pissed because now i cant show it to you guys yet, so i cant really do anything untill either that camera shows up or i get a new one.......

nice mini...but could you tell us more about that character a bit? why he has that horn...also...does he have a brown powerpack? never saw that done that way...

oh and i really like fully kitted SM!

well the horns are only there to make him a tad wider, plus he is slowly falling into chaos (even though he is already "chaos") the brown is actually some packs/rolls because he dosent work with anyone he is a wanderer, used to be part of a mercenary group of heretics but after his team was sent into a planet that was blown up, he expected foul play. so he turned against his superiors and now chases down those who he belives wronged him (the list on his back) but in his quest for revenge he is slowly become more and more chaotic, whispers of a daemon talking of domination....

^ all this because of some moitves and stuff i rolled for but came up with the story with it

here is the official version of it before i put it into a cool story type, what do you think of it-

my idea for him is that he was part of a mercinary band of heretics (not CHAAOSY) whos team was sent onto a planet blah blah blah planet was blown up blah blah he expects foul play and betrays his those left with him (since i rolled that) as he thinks they might have helped cause it too. so he roams around tracking down and killing those who he thinks wronged him (the list on his back) but now in his vengence he has been hearing voices in his head (that daemon guy we had to add) telling him of all matter of things including that he is the true alpharius and he must dominate the galaxy (since i rolled domination too)

nice fluff for that mini...yeah...what takes a man to change his path....your description sounds good and convincing for that...nice rpg char...

thank you both skalk and mr.marty! btw guys i played my 4th ish game of fantasy today.. 500 pt escalation tournie part 1 and i played vampires ......... he had hexraiths and i had no magical attacks, so in turn i had to drop a unit to get a wizard and cast flaming swords of ruin on my volleygun taking them all down turn 1! although at the end of the game it was his 8 guys vs my 10 and i missed in combat causing me to lose combat by 1 and i ran off the board .... I ALMOST WON!! but i didnt. (playing black crusade tomorrow!)

I've lost more than a few games by running off the board. It's a bit disheartening. I love the fact that out of everything you both had, a total of 18 regular troops were left. The ravages of war.

well i only had 20 swordsmen, a volleygun, warrior preist and fire wizard, so i had very very few guys which is why i had to shoot him down fast (nocking out those hexraiths, and one and a half units of skellies before they touched me)

One of the most disheartening moments I've ever had in WFB was when I had Wulfrik the Wanderer bring on a retinue of 39 Marauders behind my buddy's Dwarves and I was all set to crush him next turn, but he turned everything he had around and blasted me into a moral check which I failed and promptly ran off the board because I was right on the table edge.

Gahhh.

I got *STOMPED* in that game. Made a bunch of huge mistakes that helped him crush me, such as having two units of Chaos Warriors too close together so a single Gyrocopter was able to halt march moves and I kept getting blasted w/ cannons and organ guns as I slowly walked across the board. Whee.

Another major mistake was charing my very awesome and dead-hard Chaos Knights into his Slayers w/ a Champion in my unit, so instead of a crashing charge of death I *had* to issue a challenge and every single model in that unit could answer that challenge so they were locked in a tarpit the entire game. It was a pretty horrible experience all around, and I'm pretty sure I got completely tabled.

Quite a few lessons learned about fighting Dwarves for next time.

yea.. it didnt help that i was 2" away from the edge before i ran...

which gets me to a couple things.. 1 i forgot to mention that after i get a decent amount of empire built and painted and after my IG i plan on slowly getting some chaos dwarves! but more on that later... although before i buy my ig stuff im still planning the $$ exactly so i havent decided.. i'll have enough bodies to make 10 guys off the bat, but on the extra $ i got filming those tennis commercials i cant decide if i want to go either- more guys, revamp of my dread ,so completely new and better(im leaning twards this), or should i just make a tank or something.. help me out guys!

Chaos Dwarves. Ugh. Ugly little missile-heads. They should be CHAOS Dwarves. But that's a rant I've had for... a really long time.

ANYway, I say build a TANK and then make a unit to go with it. New color scheme, new approach to how you do things, it'll be a nice shakeup for your painting progress and kick-start the motivation.
