In the fluff, do orks ever build any substantial multistory buildings? I want to build some storied ruins for my home games, but the only examples I've seen are Ork-conversions of mostly imperial structures. Ork-only constructions are mostly one-storey sheds, huts, bunkers, and such. I imagine there must be Ork factories to make up their crap-tabulous gear, but would those be basically auto garages? Need some background on Ork Arcitecture.

Yes, however temporary it might be, such structures are needed in order to construct Gargants.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

In an old WD there were some nifty instructions for making Ork buildings - they had a second storey

York/London(for weekends) oh for the glory of the british rail industry

During the gorkamorka phase WD had alot of stuff on ork culture, they had quite a few pics of cities, i just pulled out my WD 215, it has a city pic, with a 2 storey protective wall with gates and sentry towers, lots of factories and mud brick (abit like egyptian houses) and shack houses going from 1 to what looks like 3 storeys.

Hey mate! I don't think there is any problem in having such tall Ork Buildings as Melissia said they need huge Mek Shops to build there Gargants so fluffwise i think it would be Ok!.But check this video out. Sence the first time i saw it it had made me drool for having such a Terrain! And maby you will get an idea or two yourself

The Romans had multi-storey apartment buildings. I don't see why the Orks shouldn't.

I reckon an Ork town terrain would look awesome.

Think of those Italian towns, like Bologna, where the nobles competed to have the tallest tower.

I bet Ork chiefs are just the same.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Except the orks would constantly be blowing each others towers up and mounting them with dakka!
