Is there another IG aircraft like the Valkyrie that can carry a chimera and about 20 troops?

NO.
Not according to any fluff I've seen.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

In Redemption Corps, there's a Valkyrie-like transport that can carry a Salamander and a good amount of men. May be what you're looking for.

I've heard one mention of a larger Imperial lander called the Tetra. The only mention of it I've found is under the Barracude section of Apoc, but it was described as being able to hold an entire company of IG.

I read somewhere, there's a dropship of sorts, that's used to transport personell and cargo ship-to-ship in space,i'd imagine ot could fit a chimera and a PCS.

Yes, there are Dropships, and like Valk said, and from the fluff I've read, they can hold a lot. In Gunheads, it held lots of Russes (around 10 I believe, plus the troops).
The problem is, that they're huge and much, much larger than a Valkyrie. You could however make up your own. The Imperium is a big place.

"Dropship" is the wrong word for the bigger things carrying squadrons of Russes.
They're called "landers", and are very very rarely deployed directly on the frontlines. Why that is should be bleedingly obvious(hello huge target that can't evade volleys of unguided rockets or flak).
The things that ferry personnel/cargo from ship to ship are called "lighters", and are pretty daggone small, for the most part.
"Redemption Corps" introduced a very odd pattern of Valkyrie, which I'm still having trouble figuring out, called the Valkyrie "Spectre"(...really? that's the best you can do for your AC-130 knockoff? Disappointed in you, Sanders!). It was said to have enough cargo space to haul something like 2x Centaur troop carriers, and packed much heavier weaponry inside of it.

The nearest thing that I am aware of is the Valkyrie Sky Talon as seen in Imperial Armour Vol 8
It can carry two sentinals or a Tauros / Venator so a modified version may be able to carry a Chimera?
TheTetrarch Heavy Lander is pictured in Tactica Imperilais and is described as a armoured interface transport. It has a lot of guns..........and carries a full armoured company

There's some in the Cain series which can carry an entire mechanized company (five-six platoons, each with six squads, each with a chimera)

You forget that what you are asking for is something that would be good for gameplay but not backround. In the extended universe there is no need for a transport that holds 2 squads and a transport, there is only need for huge dropships so the novelist can convey to you that this a battlefield of the future and squad level ships so he can rip off the scene from the start of Predator or Aliens. It also doesnt make much tactical sense when you've got valkyries and mega lander things. A whole platoons worth maybe (~50 men) but not twenty and 1 tank.
