As in the title is there a general rule for the ratio of minis and such in return for painting service? If not what is your opinion on it?

Edit: I am sorry I meant do you value the minis at a lower rate and than compare it to your service price? Such as 30% off from MSRP

What?

Do you mean, how much should people charge for painting your models? If that is the case, there is no fixed fee. People will charge different amounts based on many things, such as standard of painting desired, number of models to paint, number of vehicles, etc.

Costs will range from £50 to £1,000+. I've seen people charging between £1-5 per infantry figure, or £100's for GD winning contest level figures.

Best advice to give is to look at what these guys have produced, see if there are any issues with them, etc, and then select based off that.
