Hi just wanted to let everyone in the Columbus, Georgia/ Ft. Benning, Georgia area know of a gaming group that is meeting on weekends to play Warhammer 40K. Its two hours away, but there is a significant presence in the Atlanta area if you're willing to drive two hours over there, especially for tournaments. For example, there's an 1850 tournament on December 12th at Gigabites Cafe in Marietta; the winner gets an 1850 army of their choice.

Ft Benning....Land of the 82nd Rangers.....go Airbourne!!!! Class of 86-90......we had a small gaming club on base and was able to use a small room in the chapel on base from 6pm - 12. What fun times...Chaos representing....Wooo Wooo Hurraa!

you probably already know but a couple of the Ft. Benning guys regularly travel up to Treefort in Fayetteville. Its a bit of a trek but a very nice store.

I'm going to be in the local area for the next several weeks. I might take a trip or three up to the Treefort area during that time. Is there any small chance that you guys also involve yourselves with Infinity? It's a pretty fun game system, using between 6-10 models, depending on the points level of the game (some armies can get up to 20+).

Anyhow, I'll be toting along my 40k army in the event that you guys don't throw down on some Infinity.

Don't know if the Columbus guys do infinity, but we have a large infinity group up here
