My friend is a modeler and paints WWII model plains. He was interested in Dakka but i couldn't find a froum thta applied to that type of modeling. Does anyone know if there is a froum for that that I missed, and if not, could one be created. Dakka is a modeling website after all.

You can probably just post in the regular Painting & Modeling section. It's not really reserved for just GW or Privateer Press games.

There have been a few WW2 1:72 scale projects in the painting and modeling forums over the years. Get him to post in there and he will get some interest.
