So I've finally decided that it was time to paint up my very own army. I've created this Blog to hopefully keep me in check and make sure I get this done haha. C%C welcome Im fairly new to painting, and can use all the help I can get

Im going to try to pound out around 1850 points of daemons, heres what i have. Doesnt seem like much but it will be for me

-fateweaver
-Bloodthirster
-12 bloodcrushers
-6 fiends
-20 Plaguebearers

So, without any further a due. Heres first on the list, the 20 plaguebearers. Now the plan was to spray them white, airbrush them bleached bone, then i split them up into 2 groups of 10 to diversify them a little.

The first group was then washed like so, thraka green, devlan mud, thraka green. (now quick reminder the first squad hasnt gotten to the 3rd wash layer of thraka green yet in the picture )

The second group then went like this, devlan mud, thraka green, devlan mud.

The pictures arnt to good so i'll try to post some new ones up this weekend. Hopefully I'll be done with the 1st group by then to.

----Im also looking for ideas of how i should paint the bloodcrushers, fiends, and thirster. Im looking to paint them differently then how they are normally done. As of now Im thinking of painting the crushers a bronze/gold color. Or maybe even all black with gold/bronze trim.

I'd also like other peoples input on if i should leave the bloodletter riders on the crushers or not. I kind of like them without there riders.

Good work.

I really like your Plague Bearers. The tone you achieved is mottled and diseased. Very well done so far.
