The first problem is that by the RAW, Space Wolves can only take a single Land Speeder Typhoon per squad of Land Speeders. It has to do with a difference in wording from the Space Wolves codex to the Vanilla/Blood Angels codices in the entry for the Typhoon Missile Launcher ("A Land Speeder may be equipped with a Typhoon Missile Launcher" as opposed to "Any Land Speeder may be equipped with a Typhoon Missile Launcher"), and I really think it's a typo, but as far as I know it has not been changed. That said, you have too many Land Speeders anyway. They make up a significant portion of your anti-tank, but they are more expensive and MUCH more fragile than Long Fangs which fill the same role. I could see taking three individuals to back up a line of Long Fangs, but 9 is too many.

If you are going to run Razorback units, you should give them a Meltagun and leave it at that. The fist is unnecessary since they should not be anywhere near combat, and ideally should never leave their transports unless they are hopping out in a safe position to destroy a vehicle, then immediately hopping back in the next turn.

The AC/HB Preds are nice for the points however I would include at least one pack of Long Fangs. The extra missile fire at multiple targets will really increase the lists overall firepower. Two packs of six Long Fangs in a Razorback with an AC/HB Pred for backup make for a very nice fire base, epsecially if you can fit in a couple of Rifelman Dreads. You end up with a solid gunline.

I assume the Rune Priests are riding with the Razorback packs, which I think is a bad idea since Razorbacks have no fire points meaning you cannot fire Living Lightning from the back of their tanks.

If you want to do a gunline, perhaps consider something like this?

Rune Priest (Chooser, Bolter, Living Lightning, Murderous Hurricane) - 110
Rune Priest (Chooder, Living Lightning, Tempest's Wrath) - 110
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannons) - 125
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannons) - 125
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannons) - 125
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 155
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 155
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 155
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 155
Land Speeder (Typhoon Launcher) - 90
Land Speeder (Typhoon Launcher) - 90
Land Speeder (Typhoon Launcher) - 90
6 Long Fangs (5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 215
6 Long Fangs (5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/ LasPlas) - 215
Predator (AC/HB) - 85
Total 2,000

2x Living Lightning, 14 Autocannon shots per turn...12 twin linked, 6 Lascannon shots per turn, 16 missiles per turn at up to 7 targets, and 15 HB shots per turn. That makes for some strong ranged anti-tank.

I just re-read about the Land Speeders thanks. I was going to use one of the Rune Priests to provide cover saves for my firebase with tempest. Do the dread kits come with Autocannons?

No (dred kits comes with the pieces for Assault cannon and Lascannon and missile laucher). But you can make the autocannon option pretty easily after a brief trip to a Lowes, Home Depot, or a normal hobby store. Maybe not even that if you've got some stuff laying around the tool box or something. Fine some small tubes or rods. You could get a nail, cut off the ends and attach it to the Assault cannon, or maybe modify the lascannon to look less lascannonish and more autocannonish. You can modify the missile launcher arm as well to make another autocannon for the other side.
