Hey How long do products take to process? I'm in Australia and just placed an order last night so does anyone who has ordered off them before know how long it takes to arrive overseas??

Remember that you should be roughly 10 hours ahead of them and that they work Monday through to Friday. Then you have to take into consideration if they had the stuff in stock (which would be mentioned on the site when you ordered it).

So it will probably process at some point tomorrow if not later today. Considering it is currently Monday at 2pm. So roughly 4am Monday there. Knowing Maelstrom it should arrive in two weeks at the most, then you have to take into consideration the postal service at the time so might be sooner or later than it.

The time zone difference got to me when I ordered stuff from Forgeworld. I ordered on Sunday night, and it wasn't processed until about 2am Tuesday morning, because they didn't get back form their weekend until 8pm Monday night.

If it's something not in stock it sometimes take a long time for them to get it in stock.

Took them nearly two weeks to get my 3 War Walkers in stock, but only 2 workdays (sent on Friday, arrived on Tuesday) to get to Sweden.

Just email them, they're more likely to know than we are.

GW supplies stock to Maelstrom in an exceptionally random and haphazard method, plus they restrict how many times a week they can order stock. Given that their good weeks see them sending out 3000+ orders, it's no wonder that sometimes (especially during sales), things can take a little time.

The last big delay I had from them was with the Honoured Imperium sets. They sold them, sold out, then tried to get more but GW were still deciding if they were going to make them Direct Only or not... and then after a month decided they wouldn't and let Maelstrom restock.

The last order I made arrived in 7 days, including a weekend.

It's more GW's fault than Maelstrom's.
