7W I can understand, but what is the basis for the 2+/5++ saves?
For the Barbed Hierodule, you've upgraded its Wounds and Saves, gave it an Invuln and +2 Attacks and shaved off 200pts from its original cost. Basically, it's gotten way more powerful and much cheaper. Doesn't seem very balanced or fair to the opponent to me.
The Scythed isn't as bad. At least the cost is the same. However, the buffs to it merits an increase in its price as well. And why reduce its attacks?

Your re-work of the Harridan is a little better. It has -2 S, -1 T, +1 W, +1 A, an Invuln save now and cost 150pts cheaper. Get rid of the +1 A and set his cost to 800pts and I think he'd be okay.
You should come up with a justification as to why the Invuln saves on these
GC's. Also, your Hierodules aren't very balanced. For the buffs they're getting, their costs should go up significantly, especially the Barbed Hierodule.
