Looks okay, but why not just make it a full mech list and add a 5th chimera with another vet squad?

I would also drop the PCS and make that a vet squad as well with either plasma or melta, and have the flamers come from the free heavy flamer upgrade on all Chimeras.

Other than that, I prefer executioners on my Leman Russ'.

A second melta squad would be nice. Maybe switch the PCS to all meltaguns.

Drop the commissars and power weapons. You aren't relying on those infantry squads so you really don't need to spend the points to beef them up. The only time I would consider the commissar is if you take 20-man combined squads to keep the gunline around a little longer. Maybe drop the grenade launchers for more points.

Getting Scoring units in those vendettas would be nice as well.

I'd drop at least the 2nd Commissar. 2 is too many.

PCS and SWS ride in Vendetta's to make them scoring. The Blob Squads provide bubble wrap to my HWT's, some added transport popping ability, and the added bonus of being able to hold elite infantry while dealing some casualties. Vendetta's move flat out scout move to provide cover save, and save of last turn contesting holding (via scoring units inside) just pop transports. CCS, Melta Vets, Chimera's and Heavy support target the high priority targets.

True, gonna go ahead and do that. Does anyone forsee any blatant weaknesses? Any particular lists that could pose a serious threat?

Space Wolves in general?

Long fangs are going to wreck everything you have in the list except the lemans, (which could be dealt with via drop pod.)
TWC will tear your infantry apart.
Rune priests will make you not want to flat out into a 24" difficult/dangerous terrain bubble.

Side note: You don't start with the cover save if you scout move the vendetta as far as I know.

I don't feel blobs have any place in a mechanized list. That lone power blob is eating up the points from at least 1 more meched Vet Squad. I don't see how giving your opponent soft targets to shoot at all game is worth it for the small amount of firepower they bring. Yes, they sit on an objective, but Vets are more killy and more maneuverable. Bin them and add more vets, possibly the last Vendetta.
