So, how about a feature to be able to set a thread on ignore?

It's not a specific poster, but sometimes there's that really annoying thread that just won't die that you're sick of seeing. I'd love the ability to ignore that specific thread.

Could you not just, I dunno, scroll past it? You can ignore things fairly effectively using only your own brain.

Yes, certainly. But, if you pull up the forum index and see that there's a new post in a forum, it's a big disappointment to see that its only a reply in that annoying thread. I also like reading through all the threads in a few forums and like having everything marked as "read" (call me a little OCD). Having to click that same thread over and over gets annoying.

I agree, this is a very minor issue and not a high priority. But, if legoburner ever gets really bored and is in the mood for some coding...
