Just wanted someone to clear up their entry in the DE codex here. Is it true that in order for the unit to be run by the book it must contain one member of each type in the court?

This seems really numb and makes the unit a little pointless as you pay for members that you'd never take. Points costs go up further than needed and Incubi look like a much better option.

Pretty sure the options on the Archon's court are 0-n, "n" being the maximum number for that model and 0 being the minimum.

The composition in the back of the book says 1-2 etc... This to me implies that the unit must take one of each.

Generally, trust the page with the descriptions rather than the short list at the back of any codex. For some reason the help lists at the end of a codex seem to be the highest concentration of errors due to lack of proofreading.

Thing is the page in the middle of the book describes them as being a varied host that varies from Archon to Archon depending on taste but does not mention the composition of the unit.

The army list lists them as 1-n, so yes, you need to take at least 1 of each.

Yes you MUSt have one of each type, as the unit selection page states 1 - n besides each.
