Its not really a tutorial is it. It is also very very similar to the paint scheme in the old codex and the colour scheme trotted out by 'eavy metal and most GW workers.

Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

This is how they come out:

and just a normal marine:

My camera makes them look really bright but they are a bit darker in real life.

Enchanted blue seems kind of bright... or maybe its just the camera?

Why not use Ultramarine blue instead of Enchanted Blue? Enchanted Blue is the 1k Sons blue. (although I mix it as Enchanted is too bright for me - but then again my first layer is a mix outta brown and blue to give it a used look.) Either way, it's looking good!

Ew. I did the first couple I painted this way. It looks like crap, the way I did it. They turned out too shiny and bright. It looked like somebody vomitted some oil onto them.

They look better the way you did them though. I strongly reccomend using mordian blue instead of regal. Regal is impossible to get on cleanly, and it isn't flat Enough to stand up to the enchanted blue.
