I am trying to get a good theme going for my Slaanesh chaos army but can't think of anything, so was wondering if anyone here had any neat idea's they could give me, that sort of stuff.
i don't think it's gonna be a noise marine army, I wanted a challenge, you don't often see vanilla chaos marines...

Horns, spikes and pink, there are normal slannesh CSM in the codex under the noise marine part and I'm sure they'll be plenty of pictures on the Internet.
I'd your looking for a more decorative army than a strategy concentrated army then possessed will work great and you can use the spare bits on your csm.
Also if it isn't a strategy concerned army some daemonettes would work quite nicely. Keep the mutations to claws and spikes mostly and tanks are really where you could let go, you could paint anything on the doors, heads, even a dead human strapped to the front.

Well, first got to the Dakka gallery and search Slaanesh, there are many many great theme Slaanesh armies posted on this very board. Second, there is a Emperor's Children specific Forum here. Follow the link and check out the top four threads tons of ideas, themes, paint schemes and perverse delights.


Now, if you want to go Slaaneshi daemons heavy you can checkout my blog here. If you go daemon heavy you can take a Keeper of Secrets as a "Greater Daemon", daemonettes as "lesser daemons", and seekers as "counts as bikes". That's what I'm doing.


You could also use the "Emperor Children Warband" Apocalypse data sheet for friendly games. Link. It lets you take allot more Slaanesh marked units including: terminators, havocs, and vehicles.

You could check the Jungle Swarm for some serpents. Also, i suggest you use various new DE bits for converting.

I would say it would be cool to do something other then the standard slaneesh (pink, boobs, tentacles).

Maybe try the macabre and use lots of bones (no pun intended) and rib cages and such. Like a masochist fetish style or something. Also, back bones. Lots of back bones.
