I was just posting in Beat This Unit, and my post didn't show... [that was on page 91] so I posted it again, and it took be to a non-existent page 92 that I can only get to if I post again... it is really confusing.
I believe this is a known bug that has something to do with caching. I'm fairly sure your post should appear if somebody else posts in the thread...but you should probably post a link to the thread anyway, in case legoburners' omnipotence fails him
Dreadnote explained it correctly. It is caused by a race condition in the page cache fwiw but it is a real pain trying to track it down and I'll basically have to rewrite the cache system to fix it (which due to tedium and complexity is why I have not exactly rushed to fix it so far). You can also click the mod alert button on the first post in the thread and in the message request cache clearing for that thread and then a mod can reset the cache and fix the broken page link numbers.
