If they are doing something illegal, it's only fair they suffer the consequences. Personally, hope that no harm comes to them. From an consumer standpoint, I value them. From a moral/ethical position, I am untroubled by their business practices.

I despise the sordid tactics frequently involved with lawsuits of this kind. At the very least, I hope this case refines people's understanding of IP law and how GW will act where theirs is involved.
