Not bad, certainly very neat which is half the battle IMO.

A couple of other colours in there (green gems to go with the red accents?) and some serious gem highlighting action would be cool.

For your first mini in 15 years, that's pretty damn good!

I second Ezekiel's advice and add that the robe, cape, and sash need add'l highlighting and shading. I'd personally also add a design to the Farseer's cape as that big flat surface always screams out for some embellishment (mine has cherry blossoms on it, if you'd like some inspiration).

Hope that helps!

Very nice- even the simple transfer additions really make it pop!

Also, I love the colours.

I have recently been diagnosed with swelling in the brain, so please excuse spelling mistakes and faulty sentences. I am losing my ability to type and talk effectively, but dammit, that is not going to stop me from trying.

I think the colour scheme is really nice... the pink esp. Only the eldar could pull that of.

Very nice work! (15 years off or not). Details on the cloak help as well as the green gems. Nice work on the basing too.

Great stuff. The addition of the decals on the first Farseer are a good idea but it looks like you have some filming present. You might want to hit those transfers with some Decal Sol, if you haven't already sealed it.

Hmm, I really like him. As much as I normally complain about not having enough color contrasts, I think this one actually benefits from all the white/off-white. It gives him a very "ethereal" look. Great job for your first mini in 15 years.

Not used transfers much thanks for the advice, also think i need a better varnish. Thinking of using vallejo matt varnish, is it any good?

Thanks again, all the best Andy

I think the transfers make all the difference. I also like the base, well done.
