Well, it's been 4 months since I got this guy, so I figured that it was about time I finally finished him. Lovely model, although the guy who originally owned him glued him together very poorly, meaning I had to spend a lot of time breaking him apart so I could actually paint him (I actually ended up breaking my greenstuff-sculpting tool in the process). I'd have posted pictures earlier, but I'm back in Calgary for Xmas, and I had no access to a computer until now. The lighting conditions aren't what I'd like, so you won't get to see the cool source-lighting coming from his eye, but we can't have everything, right?

Anyway, I was working on him off-and-on for the past 4 months, but it wasn't until the recent break that I was able to really sit down and get him done. The poor and rushed glue job made it so that it was hard to get into some spots to paint, so he still needs some light touch-ups in the nooks and crannies (thankfully, you can't see too many of them in the pictures), but for the most part, he's done.







Also, an Inquisitor Lord. Another off-and-on piece. He was a little rushed, but I'm still pretty satisfied with the end result.

I like the inquisitors swords, they're good.

Did you base the Inquisitor lord of the one from the 05-06 Citadel catalog?
It had two swords as well. I'm going to go look for a picture of it

Man... Those reddish color schemes with the orange highlights just gets me everytime... I'm such a sucker for warm colors :s

I love it! Great paintjob on the ork-skin aswell! Could've used some better lightings on the pictures, though, as they come off pretty darkish, which is a shame! :(

No, I just decided to do it because I had some spare swords lying around, and I needed to replace some parts anyway in order to make it look a bit different from the Honour Guard model that it originally came as.

As for the photographs themselves, I'd like to get better ones, but right now, but my resources are extremely limited considering that I'm back home in Calgary and have almost nothing with me but a few sets of clothes, my box of miniatures and painting kit, and a few books. Perhaps when I get back to Lethbridge, I'll be able to take some better pics.

I love the grittiness of the Biker boss. very nasty and fitting.

I love the mud-spatter on the bikers- that is pretty awesome.

Great job on the big. I like the kit bash on the honor guard to make the Lord bery well done
