Well, other than just your 3 wraithlords, you have no real anti-tank. The EML isn't really that great at killing armor. Are you fighting a specific type of army that you are fielding so much anti-infantry?
Also, the harlequin troops units are kind of a points sink. You have almost a quarter of your army devoted to these 2 non-scoring units.
All in all the army is slow moving because of no transports. You have no way to react to your enemy because of how slow it is. Your wraithlords who have flamers, which they will probably not get to use because they are your slowest unit. You also have no spiritseers in your list so you may not get a chance to even use them.
I really see no "direction" in the list other than wanting to use some fun units.
MSU of guardian jetbikers are good, if you are able to support them properly. I really don't see any.

If you want a footslogging Eldar army, then take as a core:
Eldrad, Avatar, 2 Wraithlords (brightlance, eml), 3 Warwalkers (scatterlasers),
Harlies (kisses, Shadowseer) for counterstrike, and
Guardians (brightlances) to walk in the Avatar's fearless bubble.

Harlies in a footdar list are used for counter-strike. You can keep them sideways to the bulk of the army so that they cannot be targeted by the enemy.
They can counter-charge or go after an isolated unit along a flank.

I honestly have no idea if that will work or not rofl, but it might.
Mech heaby armies will give you ALOT of trouble, but against other armies idk. GL and post Bat Reps.
