Hi, I'm after a significantly darker grey paint than Codex Grey to add a bit of variety to my Ork uniforms. I want just a GW dark grey, without any hint of colour, but it is a bit difficult judging the shades from the GW website. Can anyone with practical experience of using GW grey paints tell me which one to buy? I don't really want to mix my own, thanks

Probably Charadon Granite Foundation Paint?

I had the same problem, but a wash of badab black solves it wonderfully

I say go to Vallejo. Panzer Grey or some other dark grey that they sell.

Charadon Granite is pretty much a gray, don't you think. It is certainly significantly darker than Codex Grey or even Adeptus Battlegrey.

It has a slight green tinge though, like dark granite
