Looks pretty much like a vanilla SM list except for the Death Company. You're not really capitalizing much on the main strengths of the codex.

Do you have any suggestions about what i should change?

Tacticals should be change to assault marines and the dread should be change to a regular or a furioso with blood talons.. also i think your spending too many points on the termies with the land raider if you have some predators you should use does

Though I'm quite inexperienced, I would include Sanguinary Priests and Assault Marines as two strengths of the BA, and I would suggest taking both of them.

I would get rid of the Rhinos on your Tactical squads, as well as all of there upgrades and just make them assault marines.

I really like the BA Librarians, and so I would include one, at least. Unleash Rage and Fear of the Darkness are both really nice.

I've been playing for a long time and here is what I would say:
Reclusiarch is nice with death company but get the cheapier one and get a libby as hq
and drop the tactical squads replace them with x8 assault marines x1 meltas and power fist combi melta
then get 3 priests one in termy armor! Then put those marines in a rhino. Take away one attack bike and get a drop pod for that dreadnaught, use it as a suicide unit! Instead of a land raider take a crusader with extra armor and if you have to points take a multi melta on top! That should be good

As for the powers, never underestimate shield of sanguius for the cover save and if you are rhino rushing take unleash raged, putting them with the termies is AWEEEESOME!!
