These guys look great and their guns are quite orky.

God... The sculptor they have doing the Trollkin has too much time on his hands and loves his job a little too much.

I want one with his Slugger in one hand and a pig under his other arm.

I want all Trollkin models to be carrying a pig under one of their arms. Even Mulg, but you may have to give him a Farrow or something.

Pretty cool to see some female Trollkin mixed in there. I know PP has always been good about sprinkling females into various factions' infantry units but isn't this the first time there have been female Trollkin infantry?

I wonder.

I know there's Grissel, Janissa and Calandra, but those are all characters.

I like the Trollkin, I very much dislike the shootas, I mean sluggas, I mean generic ramshackle automatic weapons.

Are there really no other ways to to show 'low tech but shooty' than by adding plates and straps to your gun barrels?

They aren't terrible at all, it's just that tere are so many other great units for the points. I plan on using them and finding a way to make them work...like Flash Gitz

I really like PP's stuff and I've picked up my fair share of models for other projects, but its a shame that these boxed sets always have duplicates in them.

I don't mind the one or two duplicates that you get in a box. I can accept that at the end of the day. What REALLY annoyed me was when I started to get some blisters to fill some units out, and every blister had the same two figs with the same weapon combination in them.

Well, Dakka's forum standard for Privateer has raised to two threads for each single new miniature release.
GW releases are packed into one thread per month, others even into one thread per company.
