Did you use super glue or plastic glue?

I take it you used plastic Glue? If so your only way really is either very carefully cutting with a hobby knife, or very carefully cutting with a razor saw.

If it's super glue however, try putting your mini in the freezer for a few hours, the glue should snap right off then.

i used gw glue so im assumeing its the plastic glue. so in other words i just need to figure a way to make it work. im new to model building. I probably should have started with a cheaper hobby. ive tried picking at it with a hobby knife but it was picking n shaving plastic that i didnt need coming off.

small bottle or big bottle?

Either razor saw, or, if it's an arm or something, pull gently and it should come off.

As a general rule, there isn't any WTG way to work with plastics, superglue is easy enough, pulling it off is fine.

maybe, try pulling it down then pulling it off [so, shift the peice something like 45 degrees so that the bond is weakened.]

When doing arms, i either hold the other arm in place, with either of them having the bolter attached (superflue or blu tack) just so you can line up the one that you're gonna glue on.

Saw at the joints with a stanley knife, because then it wont snap when pressing hard.

Plastic Glue works by melting the plastic of both model parts, which then are joined together when they set. I'd place the shoulder of the figure on a mat and use a hobby knife to firmly start cutting the join, hopefully the arm will pop of fairly cleanly while you do this, or just keep cutting. Remember to clean any hardened glue off both pieces before you glue them back together or you won't get a very strong join. Also please be careful with the knife

Might be easier to saw off the arm below the shoulder pad and then greenstuff it.

Another riskier option is to put some model glue or plastic welder into the joint and remelt it and pry it off. This could have disastrous results.

If it's super glue you can actually put it in your freezer for a little while. It makes the glue really brittle and you can just pop it off.
