Lets face it, the Loyalists have opened the door to what SHOULD be the next Chaos Codex. The Blood Angels can get an entire army to have Feel No Pain, there is no excuse to keep the +1 Toughness on the Mark of Nurgle and NOT put on Feel No Pain in addition.
You know?
Mark of Nurgle should look like this:
Chaos Lord: Feel No Pain, Eternal Warrior (Depending on how you interpret it, would mean he gains his FNP save against everything), +1 Toughness
Havocs: Feel No Pain, Slow and Purposeful, +1 Toughness
Everything Else: Feel No Pain, +1 Toughness
Also, change Icons to where you gain bonuses like the Warriors of Chaos' Eye of the Gods Special Rule, not that those are what applies the marks.
Who else is with me?
We are Chaos! We want our Cheese and we want to eat it too!

I can see the MoN giving FnP.
an Eternal warrior with FnP still doesn't get it against Double Toughness wounds or AP1-2. Double Toughness just doesn't kill him.

of course you can have your cheese and eat it too. Now eating your cheese and having it? Thats a different story.
And since chaos is a marine army they will get updated at some point. Its still a good codex but MoN giving FnP would be pretty dang sweet.

Oh I come from a land, from a faraway space
Where the caravan shuttles roam
Where the war is immense
And the fights are intense
It's barbaric, but hey, it's home
Imperium nights
Like Imperium days
More often than not
Are hotter than hot
In a lot of good ways |

It's all a matter of time. All the armies are entitled to at least a little bit of cheese in them. A lot of other people are waiting for updates on their own codices too. Its just getting in line that sucks. :\

Return of the Books of Chaos, Slaaneshi and Nurgle Havoc Squads, Veteran Skills, Daemon Armor, T6 Daemon Princes (they have two T6 Space Marines, why not a T6 for the Daemon Prince?). Collars of Khorne and a generic anti-psyker equipment. Cheaper Bikes (in line with standard SM bikes). A unit of Cultists (and only Cultists. Traitors and Mutants should be reserved for a LatD army), and DAEMONS! A KINGS RANSOM IN DAEMONS!

All I really want for CSM is the following:
T6 DP, seriously, someone else understands it seems.
Marks giving better bonus':
MON: Feel no pain and +1 T as bikes
MOK: Furious charge and Counter attack
MOT: Stealth, infiltrate
MOS: Acute senses, Hit and run, Fleet
Furthermore these marks could act like this only if your only running one gods worth of units, so that you can focus on a god and be rewarded for doing so. This solves much of the "Why doesn't X CSM legion got it's own codex"
The chaos demons book should have never been separated, but adding in at least some if not all the demons would be nice.
Making DP 0-1 just because
All Named special characters affiliated with a chaos god need eternal warrior.
Making the chaos dreads less killy on self to make them more viable
CULTISTS DAMMIT

Personally I think MoT should grant either +1 Wound or Sorceror Status and be given extra options to choose from like in the previous codex. For the deciples of Tzeentch you'd think the generic Tzeentchan cults can field a lot more feasable sorcerors than the psyker-abhorant Space Wolves. MoT should also unlock Inferno Bolts as an option (for both the normal bolter, bolt pistol, Combi-Bolter, and heavy Bolter, as the Grey Knights are getting an AP3 Psycannon).
MoN should have FnP, -1 Initiative, +1 T as per Bikes, and should have Blight Grenades as options (for 3 points more, so the average CSM matches up to that of the Plague Marine). The -1 initiative I think suits the Plague Marines rather well, as they would be somewhat overpowered otherwise, especially if given to Terminators.
And yes, T6 Daemon Prince ftw. They should also get access to Daemon Armor to get a 2+ save (the Tyrant has it, as does Mephiston).
Sonic Weapons should also make a return as standardized upgrades and vehicle upgrades for models with MoS. It's just not an Emperor Children force without Sonic Weapons.
Finally, I forgot one. DREADCLAW DROP POD. Hell every other SM army has it, why cant the Chaos boys? It would make the Dreadnought so much more viable for Chaos (plop it behind enemy lines and regardless of result you'd get something good).

I wouldn't mind that, though DoWII Really makes me want to see Nurgle Havocs running around while firing Missle Launchers.
I also think Vehicles should get god specific upgrades:
Nurgle: Good old Parasitic Possession (Repairs Immobolized and Weapon Destroyed on a 4+)
Khorne: That thing that the orks have that gives it a S10 hit when it is so close to other vehicles.
Slaanesh: Something
Tzeentch: Something.

Slaanesh Vehicles with Sonic Weapons should be enough. Imagine a predator sending out 3 micro battle cannon templates a turn (regardless of the resulting cost).
Tzeentch should get deepstrike.

It was during the interm period where GW tried to streamline their Codexes and tried to get rid of too many complicated rules. Needless to say, they failed pretty hard. Only the Ork Codex ended up any good.
