What type of gun is Ian Fleming (author of "James Bond") wielding?

Its difficult to tell, but my guess is that its a PPK with suppressor, both because it resembles one, and because the PPK was James Bond's weapon of choice.

It is actually a pen disguised as a gun. Q got the specs mixed up.

The Badass one, because Ian Fleming was basically a Bond who was indifferent to women before he became an author.

This. The barrel, from what I see, seems to match.

There, also he might be right on this one. Really its hard to tell because of the angle and the blurry ness. BUT if you look at this ruger it also has some very similar details. It looks like a sight on the front of the gun, but its a bit fuzzy as well as look at the trigger guard on the bottom. The ruger looks blocky like the guard in the OP picture. The PPk has a narrow trigger guard

The trigger guard is different though. Xenon seems closer because of the shape of the gun above the trigger guard and that ridge that runs the length of the barrel visible in both pictures.

Yeah, the Ruger is a better match. The sights give it away I think.

Agreed, something else I missed the first time, is look at the rear sight, its a big ol block. Now look in the OP picture, theres a big ol somthing on the back of his gun as well
