First of all, you have to take one of each type in an Archon's Court, you're missing the "LLeamean" or however you spell it. Second, Apoc isn't that leanient on letting you use two different Codexes, I would be a bit pissed off if you announced that you were using items from different Codexes. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, Irongob and Shiny Bitz? What Ork Codex are you using?

I don't get why you're taking an extra medusae instead of two Lhamaeans. The Medusae has an extremely random template weapon, that will on average be S3 AP3. The Lhamaeans have three wounds on 2+ attacks on the charge, and wounds on 2+ splinter pistols. You're also just kind of taking every available upgrade with no rhyme or reason. Unless you're just trying to get enough points for Apocalypse, and don't have the models to spend them more effectively, that's a bad idea.
Raiders shouldn't cost 115 apiece, that's more than a ravager.
Your warriors have a phantasm grenade launcher, but also heavy weapons. Those contradict one another: you want to stand still to shoot, but you want grenades? The wyches also have a phantasm grenade launcher, which makes even less sense since they already have assault grenades. Your also spending a massive amount on the Incubi Klaivex, which could be spent instead on three more incubi.
Honestly, it's a ramshackle list that tries to do everything, including things that are mutually exclusive, and will probably fall flat on its face, unless you're extremely good at the game, in which case you probably wouldn't be making a list like that, unless you were just looking to have a challenge (in which case your entire question would be different, I presume).
Also, from what I've heard, Apoc actually is pretty big on the "use whatever you feel like," so long as you can justify it fluffwise. With either Orks or DE that seems pretty easy to do: Orks just looted whatever they're using (add a few spiky bits to make it orky and you're good to go), and DE enslave anything and everything, so just make the non-DE units look like slaves and they should be fine. (At least as I understand it, never done Apoc myself)

I'll admit that I don't really get the point. Why 2,137pts? Why the weird book mixing? The tone of your post suggests this is supposed to a bit competitive (otherwise why are you asking for an opinion) but who plays a weirdly-pointed Apocalypse game competitively?

Beyond the things mentioned above, this list is really week.
At 2000 points you will be hitting a ton of hard stuff. You have just about no mobility and nothing heavy to kill tanks. You waste a ton of points on units that have no purpose, such as large Trueborn squads. How did you make this list?

1. I took an extra medusae because they have mask and are gender nuetral. I'm using a 2 Vostrian and 2 steel Legion officers to represent everything but the Sslyth. The Sslyth are two old mandrake models that have been converted. And with that I now have used every 40k model I own.
2. yes, I am try to make points for the apocolypse game
3. you asume that I have three more Incubi, I don't

1. soooo, what in your opinon would make it better? I'm going down to a games workshop store at the end of the month....
2. I have found Dark Lances to be very anti-tank, hence the Anti-tank squad of true born
3. By using every single 40K model that I have.

I think drop the Klaivex and run Drazhar. =] It's apoc so three HQ is fine, he's more points and better WS, S, T, I, W, A, already has Demiklaives, Onslaught, Murderous Assault, he has Eternal Warrior and 3 wounds as well as a 2+ save. Only thing he doesn't have is the bloodstone, but who cares, when you can fleet instead!
