I've recently been trying out many BA builds for a local tourny.

This tourny has no special characters.
No AV14.
Only 1 HQ.
Only 1 Elites.
Only 1 Fast Attack.
Only 1 Heavy Support.

Please C&C as the list is still not perfect.

Well only thing I would personally change is swapping the Typhoons out for:

Just not a fan of speeders personally.

Sounds like a very nice list. Which variant of the Baal are you running. Im concerned about a lack of anti horde in your list.

i was going to run the dakka pred

Keep the las/AC pred and make the Baal Predator flame it up FLAMESTORM CANNONS WOOO! and also heavy flamers

If the army is engaging at range, wouldn't heavy bolters and AC be better?

Flame only helps when they get close...

You see you can out flank the baal. With them being fast you can hope to force the opponent to the center with the other one you cannot do the same because you have 3 flame templates. Also use these as a speed bump surprisingly these are very effective. go to a bunch of orks 12 or 6" and flame so it is very hard for them to hit it and shooting armor 13, good luck! So you put it as close as possible and killing a bunch of hoard and they dont get very far when you are close to it, they cannot consolidate like other infantry speed bumps
