Subject: Chaos cells in the underhive?

I was thinking, the Alpha Legion typically has a cell opperating in every major hive, or population. So this made me thinking.
I wanted to play a new gang for Necromunda, and I was inspired bèy the Blood Pact. Would it be likely these Traitor Khornite Guardsmen to have a cell opperating in the Underhive?
I just wanted to convert a Blood Pact cell for Necromunda. But what House should I represnt them with?

At a guess, I'd say Goliaths. Don't have the rules handy, but their skills revolve largely around strength/toughness and hand-to-hand combat and they have a large variety of close-combat weapons and big guns.
So basically you'd have:
Cult Magos or Aspiring Champion/Gang Leader
Cultists/Gangers
[insert type of] Cultist/Heavies
New bloods/Juves
Something along those lines.

hmmm. I was thinking Goliath too. But Goliath can't have Lasguns, so that rules them out. Blood Pact are the Archenemy's counterpart of the Imperial Guard. So just Chaos Guardsmen. So that would make Van Saar or Orlock more likely, doesn't it?

No.. I think Orlock are too standard, more like normal Guardsmen in comparison. Van Saar is too heavily gun-orientated.
That leaves you with Escher and.. ugh damned brain. The other ones with the bald heads and big coats. I forget their name for some reason.
Escher are pretty assault orientated I believe, but also have some good ranged power.
