I read the RB's page 42's "Normal and special weapon" and other sections. My 'duh' question: Does the agonizer get the +1 ccw bonus when paired with a pistol, like on your typical hekatrix? At first, I've assumed no, but ....

Yes, the model gets a +1 attack for an Agonizer and Pistol.

The only exception to special + normal CCWs giving an extra attack are power fists and their variants. An agoniser isn't a power fist, so it still gets the extra attack.

Or lightning claws, the original "you need a pair" weapon.
