He Is S5 And Has A Power Weapon That Rolls 2D6 For Armour Penetration, I5 which means he will go first against marines which I like, You Can't Take Kroot, Vespid Or Ethereals with him but you get prefferred enemy against Orks and you get to have a bonding knife for free with every model that has access to the armoury (May Regroup if under half strength), He also allows you to take up to 7 bodyguard with him, which yes is nooby, but it's nice for spam =)

I think i would skip the burst cannons on your suits, i don't see the usefulness of them, since they are similar stats as your fire warriors ordinary rifles and you have many fire warriors, i would prefer missile pods or plasma rifles for those suits.
I would equip them as either:
1.) Fusion Blaster, Plasma rifle, Multi tracker.
2.) Missile pod, Plasma rifle, Multi tracker.

I prefer the second alternative of these.

I guess I'll give my 2 cents. First of all, please don't take Farsight. Those that take farsight do it so they can get a huge retinue and max out their elites with crisis suits.

Railguns are for armor. Fusion Blasters are for armor. You could get 4 TL Fusion Blaster suits for his price... and they will last longer and do more damage.

Beyond that,

I would suggest giving all your broadsides A.S.S. and then give the team leader a target lock. If you get multi-trackers, get them plasma rifles so that they can really dish out high strength ap2 shots.

Your crisis suits need revision. First off, never get bodyguards while you can still get normal suit units. Bodyguards are more expensive than standard suits.

I would make that unit an elite. Make one team leader and give him 2 shield drones.

I don't like your weapon combinations, burst cannons don't go with Fusion Blasters or plasma rifles. I would use one of these configurations:

Burst Cannon/Missile Pod - Good against medium/light infantry
Burst Cannon/Flamer - Good against light infantry
Missile Pod/Plasma Rifle - Good against medium/heavy infantry
Missile Pod/Fusion Blaster - Good against armor
Fusion Blaster/Plasma Rifle - Good against heavy infantry
TL Missile Pod - Cheap and good against armor
TL Flamer - Very cheap and good against horde

Those are the only configurations I would ever suggest, I didn't put in the CIB or AFP, but those can go with the flamers and burst cannons in any combination.

I would suggest getting pathfinders and getting rid of your marker drones. The drones are extremely over-priced.

I would also suggest minimum fire warrior units mounted in Devilfish. They can score while in the devilfish, which keeps them alive.

Theres a little more, but I don't have much time currently.

Whichever they are, I'm not on the Reich ones, clearly.

I'm concerned about the low number of suits in this army.. especially in a Farsight army. Firewarriors are just -too- fragile and not killy enough to invest in. It sucks, I know, but I find them fairly useless unless they are filling a specific role (markerlights, meat sheild).

I would look into possibly infiltrating stripped down kroot squads. I do it, and it works out great. Saves you points on a devilfish to get them into the action, too!
