Boosting Black Templar Biker

Greetings All,
This is my first post on Dakka Dakka and I am a huge fan. I thought I would share with you a little project I was working on. I had laying around a zip-lock bag full of really badly painted space marines that i had gotten in a huge eBay lot. They were painted with Testor enamel paint, the shoulder pads were glued on the long way so they looked like they were from the 80's, and there arms and legs were in really funky positions. I decided to use these misfits as armatures to try my hand at making some Green stuff based Plague Marines. Taking six marines and rebuilding them I ignored all the gunk on them and just began to sculpt right on top of everything. I finally got to finishing the last of the six paint jobs last night and I've posted them on my painting blog HERE showing back shots and different angles. I just couldn't get the right Nurgle look I was hoping for until recently. The two that are not based were finished last night. Enjoy......

I like the idea of regular space marines getting so disgruntled with how they look that they turn to Nurgle to fix their style
They definitely look like death guard. No chance we can see pictures of what the originals looked like, could we?
