Hey Dakka, trying to find magnets and drill bits to use on my terminators.. Anyone have some good sites ? I cant find any with specific sizes needed..

Any help is most welcome

I ordered magnets from e-magnets UK, a wide range of sizes are available and they work fine!

I got mine from ebay, magnets magnets magnets, they are really good and have almost every size and shape, I usually go for 3x1mm magnet for arms but may vary depending on the size of the arm.

I use magnets magnet magnets on ebay too, and also http://www.first4magnets.com/ is worth a look.

And for drill bits, B&Q.

I would also put in a good word for magnets magnets magnets.

Drill wise the tool guy on my local market sells kits of 20 drill bits ranging in size from 0.3 to 1.6 for under a fiver. I'm yet to need anything bigger than that but if I did b&q would be my first port of call as welll.

You don't say if you already have a pin vice but if not ebay should be the place. I got a set of 2 double ended ones for a few pounds. Having endured all manner of odd confused looks from hardware store guys wondering what on earth I was on about and directing me to the bench vices

If you want tiny magnets then www.supermagnete.de/eng is great. got some 1x2mm ones from there. They even gave me a free packet of haribo in the box too yay!

I bought from supermagnete (I live in Spain) and they delivered from Germany in 48h!

I've used first4magnets often and they are fantastic, order before 2pm and you will get them the next day, hell, i ordered some one, 8 hours later they had shipped to me.

Thanks for all the replys people... I actually ended up ordering some from SnMStuff.co.uk they offered the cheapest magnets I could find in the size I wanted. Pretty damn good site!
