This is what 101 Guardsmen, 9 missile launcher teams, a company commander, primaris psyker, and Marbo look like when they are painted:




I'd say they took me 19 months to paint, but that isn't entirely true. More than half of them we painted over the last six weeks.

Like the dudes behing the bushes : I can just see them popping out to put a krak missile to some rear armour, and then sneaking off like in the cartoons!

I should kick it in gear and get my Orks fully painted finally.

That is my Kill Team grenade launcher dude: Tim "Buster" Brown. I give him the tank hunting USR in case someone brings armor to a Kill Team game. I needed a way for him to stand out because of the USR I give him.

It only takes me about 4 hours to complete an entire squad. So it really didn't take too long and I painted them in spurts, usually on days off from work.

It helps to have the GW paint station. Prop that on my lap in front of the TV in my recliner and I can paint at an unbelievable rate. Plus, because the wife is there, too, it doesn't count as "hobby time".
